You retain all rights to the images you process. Because all processing happens locally in your browser, we never receive, store, or claim any rights to your content.

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Use the Service to create or distribute deceptive content (e.g., deepfakes intended to deceive).
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

4. Intellectual property

The MagicBG name, logo, design, code, and original written content are the intellectual property of MagicBG. You may not reproduce them without permission.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific output quality.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicBG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
